It looks like you are yelling at a student who was being disruptive. Good management Rob! But, in all seriousness, I think you have a perfect voice and personality to work with young students.
Looks like a great lesson to me. You are so animated ... something I could use a little of sometimes! The kids in this class and all your future students will be very lucky to have you as a teacher.
